Job Summary
Pool Maintenance Specialist Trainee will assist in cleaning and maintaining pools at client facilities, including skimming, vacuuming, and applying chemical treatments. Responsibilities include periodically deep cleaning, testing pool water for pH, chlorine, bacteria, algae, or contaminants, receiving training from the Pool Service Specialist to ensure water chemistry and clarity, calculating chemical additives to balance pH and eliminate contaminants, inspecting pools and equipment, and maintaining daily logs of chemical usage, water quality, repairs, and supplies. Must have the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and possess strong interpersonal/customer service skills; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.
