Job Summary
Perform weekly residential and commercial pool maintenance services, including water testing and chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools; clean baskets, filters, and related equipment; identify and report equipment or safety issues; maintain professional customer interactions; document services, chemical readings, and notes in ServiceTitan; comply with safety, fleet, timekeeping, and operational policies; support multiple routes and adapt to changing schedules; training completed prior to floater status, with transition to a permanent Pool Maintenance Specialist – Level 1 when route available; anticipate occasional route coverage and travel between routes.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of company Pool Maintenance Specialist training program
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel between routes and locations as needed
