Job Summary
Manage a swimming pool route that includes weekly cleaning and daily equipment repair tasks. Adjust water chemistry for each pool, repair pumps, heaters, filters, and plumbing systems, and utilize the Pool Ops mobile platform. Stock and replenish truck inventory while spotting opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance customer experiences. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently outdoors with minimal oversight. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and relevant state licensing are required. ASP provides a company truck, training, and a bonus structure tied to annual revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Licensed in one of the following (if applicable to your state): Florida (CPC); Texas (Appliance License); California (D35)
Desired Qualifications
- High school degree
- Certified Pool Operator License
- Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment
