Job Summary
The Seasonal, Full-time Pool Lifeguard is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of swimmers at all times, administering first aid for minor injuries, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining pool cleanliness and chemical levels. The role includes organizing pool games and maintaining necessary records as per departmental guidelines. Candidates must have reliable attendance, knowledge of sanitation standards, and will need to have their Lifeguard certification by the first day of work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- American Red Cross Lifeguard certification
- Must complete an interview and swim test consisting of a 400yrd freestyle swim
Additional Requirements
- H-2B visas are not eligible for this position
- International J-1 applicants must be currently enrolled as students
