Job Summary
On-the-road contractor role to install residential above-ground pools within a ~200-mile radius. Responsibilities include moving earth, grading, and setting pools; pick up pool kits from local freight near customer locations; operate and maintain equipment (truck, Bobcat/front loader, transit/laser level, hand tools); manage or work with at least one crew member; travel to installations; ensure licensing and insurance coverage; earn via per-install pay with bonuses and early reimbursement options. Training provided by the company and mileage travel reimbursements are offered to support deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Professional-grade grading and site-leveling (Transit/Laser level experience) is required
- Grading or dirt work experience acceptable if pool installation experience is not present
- Training provided for pool installation
- Must have access to and ability to operate a full-size truck, residential Bobcat or front loader, transit or laser level, and hand tools
- Crew requirement: at least one reliable crew member/helper
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to cover a 200-mile radius for travel
