Pool Host/Hostess

Greet guests, determine party sizes, and seat them by finding clean tables, pulling out chairs, and placing current menus. Guide guests through dining rooms, move and arrange tables and settings, and organize seating for groups with special needs. Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins, clean silverware, and other standard items. Check menus for cleanliness and availability, maintain work area cleanliness, and monitor rooms for safety and guest well-being. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, complete training, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette and support the team to reach common goals.
