Job Summary
Pool Grill Supervisor at Grand Hotel Timeo (Belmond) overseeing daily Pool Grill operations, guiding a team of wait staff, bartenders and support personnel, ensuring high-quality Sicilian seafood, meat, pizza and champagne nights, managing inventory and procurement, enforcing HACCP and safety standards, coordinating special themed nights, engaging guests and gathering feedback, collaborating with kitchen and banqueting, and leading staff training and development to maintain outstanding service in a luxury hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Comprovata esperienza in supervisione o leadership nel settore ristorazione o ospitalità
- Lead/management capabilities
- Conoscenza principi servizio di ristorazione e normative igienico-sanitarie HACCP
- Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (serali, weekend, festivi)
- Fluente in Inglese; conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus
