Job Summary
Delivers excellent service to members, guests, and program participants at the pool check-in area. Greets and acknowledges members, helps connect them with sales/service staff as needed, and builds relationships within the YMCA community. Reports unusual situations to the supervisor and adheres to YMCA policies and guidelines. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; minimum age 16. Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED and First Aid. Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
