Job Summary
Supervise inventories and manage food and beverage operations for the pool area at Westchester Hills Golf Club. Responsible for staffing, training, menu design, pricing, and maintaining service standards. Must develop strong relationships with members and guests while ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met. Prior experience in food and beverage management along with necessary communication skills is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3-5 years food and beverage management experience and/or training
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS system
- Demonstrates great customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English
