Job Summary
Pool Concierge (Temp) reports to the Supervisor, Pool Services. Responsible for welcoming guests including VIPs at pool check-in, coordinating cabana and day bed rentals, managing VIP arrivals, and communicating with staff for delivery of amenities. Handles cash and POS transactions, balancing cash drawer, and processing Earned Rewards and comps. Maintains guest comfort and safety, supports housekeeping and facilities tasks, upholds SOPs, and collaborates across departments to reflect the Tribe's vision. Requires hospitality-driven service, strong communication, ability to multitask, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; CPR/AED certified or able to obtain certification; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physically able to perform duties in a fast-paced casino/spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service required
- Previous experience in a spa, resort or pool environment preferred
- CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and various weather
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
