Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth, compliant operations. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, performing weekly par checks and order reviews, preparing monthly inventories and lead counts, and coordinating with vendors. Requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, proficiency with inventory and scheduling software, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with members, guests, vendors, and partners to sustain high service standards in a restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with scheduling software
- Experience with budget management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
