Job Summary
Service residential and commercial pools on an assigned route, testing and balancing water chemistry while cleaning tiles, skimming, vacuuming, and emptying baskets. Inspect equipment and report issues, then maintain simple service notes for each stop. This role requires a valid Florida driver's license, ability to start between 6:00–7:00 AM, and comfort working outdoors in Florida heat. Earn $18–$20/hour plus commission and a $250 sign-on bonus for experienced technicians. Equipment is provided or mileage is reimbursed if you use your own truck.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pool Cleaning Technician
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to start early (routes typically begin between 6:00–7:00 AM)
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
