Pool Cafe Server

Pool Cafe Server at a resort poolside location responsible for delivering efficient, courteous service to club members and guests. Responsibilities include setting up the station, greeting guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders with upselling of Chef’s specials, clearing tables, expediting guest requests, coordinating with kitchen, maintaining cleanliness of serving equipment, assisting with check payments, and performing other duties as assigned. Must maintain positive communication with kitchen staff, follow guest check procedures, and work a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Requires Florida food handler and alcohol awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days), basic computer skills, and strong verbal/written communication in the workplace. Physical tasks include standing for long hours, walking, and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds in an outdoor pool area environment.
