Pool & Beach- Server

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests; set tables according to event type and service standards; answer questions on menu selections; communicate with the kitchen about menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability; record transactions in MICROS at the time of order; check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course/beverage; maintain cleanliness of work areas; complete closing duties including restocking and lights; present accurate checks and process payments; follow safety and company policies; maintain professional appearance; acknowledge guests and assist individuals with disabilities; build positive team relationships; read/verify information; stand/walk for long periods; lift/move objects up to 25 pounds without assist and up to 50+ pounds with assistance; navigate stairs and uneven surfaces; and perform other duties as requested.
