Job Summary
Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck while maintaining a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Observe recreational activities, respond to emergencies per local procedures, and assist injured guests until medical services arrive. Obtain, fold, and stack towels; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications, including CPR and First Aid. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, navigate uneven surfaces, and use point-of-sale systems. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Fitness Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
