Prepare garnishes, handle liquor requisitions, and promote daily specials while assessing guest preferences for personalized food and drink recommendations. Adhere to all Alcohol Beverage Control regulations, safety guidelines, and hospitality standards by maintaining cleanliness, wiping surfaces nightly, and taking out trash throughout the night. Accurately report gratuities according to company guidelines and federal law.
