Job Summary
Pool Bartender responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the pool area, creating and recommending cocktails tailored to guest tastes, maintaining a clean and organized bar, greeting and engaging guests with a welcoming attitude, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Requires previous experience in food and beverage settings, strong guest service skills, knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment (including legal regulations for alcohol service; TIPS certification or ability to obtain), basic computer proficiency for order processing, ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, outdoor work capability, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required
- bartending experience highly preferred
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
- Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Capability to perform duties in an outdoor environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
