Job Summary
Pool Bartender prepares drink orders per recipes, opens and serves wine/champagne, sets up and maintains bar area, prepares garnishes, stocks ice and glassware, transports supplies, and handles bank/cashier duties including counting the bank and completing reports. Maintains cleanliness and safety, adheres to policies, and delivers professional guest service while developing positive team relationships. Requires standing/walking for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; seeks candidates with at least 1 year related experience (preferred). Education requirement: high school diploma or GED equivalent.
