Job Summary
Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards, including signature cocktails, while properly checking I.D.s and engaging guests in a cordial, efficient manner. Process payments, count the bank at shift start and end, and maintain a clean, sanitized work environment. Perform all bar setup, restocking, and replenishment of inventory, and execute opening and closing procedures. Check with the Front Desk team for occupancy and current groups in house. Adhere to food handling and liquor laws, report items needing repair, and follow all safety procedures. This role requires working most weekends and holidays, with at least one year of bartending experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work most weekends and holidays
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform
- Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer
- At least one (1) year of bartending experience
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
