Pool Bartender

Manage all bar operations from preparation through service, including mixing beverages according to established recipes and maintaining a fully stocked station with liquor, glassware, and supplies. Operate the cash register to ring in accurate amounts, provide correct change, and manage accountability for cash, complimentary drinks, and charge receipts. Ensure the bar meets county health and departmental appearance standards while cleaning spills and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. Inventory supplies at the start of the shift, requisition items as needed, and log stock used during the shift. Support Apprentice Bartenders, manage guest flow efficiently, and follow all safety procedures, grooming, and uniform standards while obtaining a Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.
