Job Summary
Pool Bartender at Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta, GA. The role involves greeting members, taking beverage and food orders, mixing and serving beverages, preparing garnishes, delivering and clearing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing knowledge of specials and the menu. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and a minimum of 1 year bartending experience, with private club experience preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle glassware, slice garnishes, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand up to 6 hours per shift. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required
- Previous private club experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills with strong organizational ability
- Must be able to work at a fast pace on occasion
- Must be able to handle glasses and glassware
- Must be able to slice fruit for garnishes
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching and pulling
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 6 hours per shift
- Occasional sitting
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to work independently and function as a team member
