Pool Attendant

Monitor pool and lazy river areas for guest safety, enforce posted rules, and report hazards or equipment malfunctions. Maintain cleanliness of the deck, lounge chairs, and towels while distributing and collecting items. Set up furniture, umbrellas, and cabanas each morning, then secure and store them at close. Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and provide information on resort amenities. Check and log chemical levels, collect inventory, and assist with evening closing procedures including lighting checks and lockup. Work a consistent 10 AM–10 PM shift including weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience preferred.
