Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment by inspecting bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and managing pool towels. Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily while removing trash, debris, and potential hazards from the deck. Monitor pool areas to ensure order and interact professionally with guests to deliver a Gold Crown-level hospitality experience. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, attending required meetings and training sessions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings at our beautiful resort environment.
