Job Summary
Pool Guest Attendant at The Cosmopolitan (MGM Resorts International) in Las Vegas, NV. Welcome guests to the pool, assist with seating, cabanas, and general pool information; respond to guest needs, resolve complaints, and provide care to maintain a safe, enjoyable pool experience. Perform opening/closing duties and help with towel and desk tasks; assist with setting up cabanas and maintaining pool deck appearance. Participate in pool safety and emergency protocols and provide CPR/first aid if needed. 1+ years of prior relevant experience is preferred; strong guest-facing communication and a positive attitude are ideal. Starting rate: $13.00 per hour.
