Job Summary
Pool Attendant for Ascend during the 2026 summer season. You will open/close the pool, greet residents, and support a positive resident experience. Responsibilities include pool cleaning tasks (vacuuming, brushing pool bottoms, emptying skimmer baskets, backwashing filters), maintaining a neat pool area (arranging umbrellas, chairs, tables, cleaning tabletops, sweeping deck), developing professional relationships with residents, and completing incident reports for management. Requires 15+ years old, ability to work weekends/holidays, and strong customer service. Part-time schedule 8:30 AM–12:00 PM with 12–15 hours weekly; weekend/evening/holiday availability, starting rate of $12.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Previous pool attendant or lifeguard experience; preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays; required
