Pool Attendant/Server

Deliver warm, personalized service to members and guests by greeting them by name and anticipating their needs. Set up and maintain the pool deck before opening, arranging lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables while managing towel inventory and laundering procedures. Provide attentive food and beverage service, accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale system and charging purchases directly to member accounts in a cashless environment. Monitor member satisfaction, ensure all amenities remain stocked, and enforce club policies while reporting hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain a clean, safe environment by removing debris, practicing proper sanitation, and administering basic first aid when necessary. Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings with a current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certification.
