Pool Attendant/Server

Pool Attendant/Server role at Four Seasons Residence Club in Scottsdale. You will greet guests, take orders, and finalize beverage service in a professional, friendly manner. The pool attendant will be trained to become a food and beverage server at the Ocotillo Grill, rotating shifts between the pool deck and restaurant. Responsibilities include learning the poolside menu, delivering orders, maximizing beverage sales (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), maintaining pool area cleanliness, supporting the Ocotillo Grill server with bussing, and being trained to serve lunch in the grill. You’ll participate in owner activations and events, with a focus on hospitality excellence and building rapport with Residence Club owners and guests. Qualifications include 1-2 years of food and beverage serving experience as a plus, ability to walk up to 10 hours in a desert climate, ability to drive golf carts, and a valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
