Job Summary
Greet guests warmly at the pool area, offering assistance with seating, towels, and lounge setup. Provide seamless food and beverage service by taking orders, entering them into the POS system, and delivering efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and cabana areas, including wiping tables, straightening chairs, and replenishing amenities. Monitor guest needs proactively, uphold safety standards by checking water conditions, and assist with set-up and breakdown of the pool area daily. Communicate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery and support the pool supervisor with light administrative tasks. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, maintaining physical stamina for extended periods outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift trays, push pool carts, and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to walk daily up and down stairs
- Ability to sit for periods up to 4 hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to enter data into a computer terminal
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to use telephone
- Ability to see and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels
- Ability to speak so that others may understand at normal levels
- Ability to perform constant sitting, standing, and repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs
- Ability to perform frequent typing, use of mouse, bending of neck, and climbing stairs
- Ability to perform occasional twisting of neck
