Job Summary
Pool Attendant responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary pool area, balancing and monitoring pool chemicals, adjusting temperature as directed, cleaning and vacuuming pools and surrounding areas, enforcing pool rules, ensuring safety equipment is functional, managing capacity limits, assisting residents, reporting damages to the Community Manager, and performing related clubhouse/grounds duties. Requires 18+ years old, ability to follow verbal/written instructions, good communication, basic computer skills (email/internet), and a valid driver’s license. Certification as a Certified Pool Operator (COP) is required where mandated by state law. Part-time, seasonal role with Sun Communities offering growth and benefits.
