Pool Attendant

Monitor pool activity continuously to ensure safety, enforce facility rules, and respond swiftly to emergencies using first aid, CPR, AED operation, and basic life support techniques. Perform routine maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, maintaining water quality, and conducting safety checks of equipment to identify hazards. Assist guests with pool access, provide amenity information, and address inquiries promptly while handling heavy lifting of supplies. Prior lifeguard experience or certification is highly preferred, along with essential certification in first aid, CPR, AED, and basic life support. Candidates must be able to swim confidently and perform water rescues if necessary, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and guest engagement.
