Job Summary
Pool Guest Attendant at Moorea Beach Club, Mandalay Bay: greet and seat guests, provide information about cabanas and pool services, respond to guest needs and complaints, maintain pool deck appearance, assist with towel and desk duties, set up cabanas, and follow safety procedures; requires a warm, service-oriented presence, ability to anticipate guest needs, and adherence to safety protocols including CPR/first aid as needed. Starting rate $13.00 hourly; duties include opening/closing tasks and ongoing pool support; opportunities for professional development and employee perks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Experience as a Pool Guest Attendant or Lifeguard preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler’s Card, or willingness to obtain both
