Pool Attendant

Pool Attendant responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool area for guests and residents; duties include greeting residents, assisting with lounge equipment (towels, umbrellas, cabanas), setting up lounge chairs and beverages, managing sign-in, folding towels, enforcing Association Rules, reporting malfunctions, cleaning and organizing pool furniture, and completing daily checklists. Requires outdoor work, effective communication with guests and team members, ability to work in a luxury property environment, and physical stamina to handle occasional lifting and long periods of standing. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; prior related experience and a collaborative, positive attitude are valued.
