Job Summary
Maintain a safe and clean aquatic recreational area by working in all recreation areas, including pools and waterslides, while ensuring towels, chairs, and umbrellas are stocked and returned to proper locations. Assist guests with issues, confirm resolutions, and promote facility rules and regulations for guest safety. Support activities, special events, and the Food and Beverage team by taking orders and delivering food, while moving pool furniture as requested. Keep equipment in working order and report deficiencies promptly. This role requires a professional demeanor to promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere in a luxury environment. Candidates must be physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and handle problems with composure under pressure. A high school diploma is required, and experience in recreation or amusement is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Effective at handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems

- Effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by guests
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate in the English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks
- Experience using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, sun, wind, and rain
- Must be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds
- Able to be outdoors for long periods of time
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout shift
