Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Wawyé Oasis pool area, including decks, furniture, restrooms, and changing areas. Distribute clean towels to guests, manage supply and laundering, and empty towel bins. Assist in delivering food and drinks while keeping service areas free of trash. Provide exceptional customer service, attend to guest inquiries, and enforce pool rules. Monitor the area with Lifeguards to ensure safety, report maintenance issues immediately, and assist in emergency situations. Set up and break down equipment for events and participate in required training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Must be currently enrolled in school
- Previous experience in a customer service or maintenance role, preferably in a pool or hospitality environment
- Must hold/maintain certification with Alcohol Awareness (TIPS)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Requires normal, corrective vision range
- Ability to see color
- Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment
- Must have the ability to access all properties and areas
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization
- The pre-employment process also requires the ability to pass a criminal background investigation

Desired Qualifications
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification preferred
