Pool Attendant

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their poolside experience while setting up and maintaining lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas. Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards by monitoring guest activity to promote a safe and relaxing environment. Refresh towels and amenities promptly, assist with food and beverage service as needed, and respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism. Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a respectful and tactful manner while supporting opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the pool deck. Previous hospitality or guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
