Job Summary
Check in residents and guests, monitor and enforce pool rules and policies, and engage emergency action plans if necessary. Ensure the outdoor pool facility remains clean, organized, and well maintained while supporting staff during community events. Extend top-notch service to residents and guests by providing community information and offering assistance as needed. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for long periods, with flexibility to work after-hours and weekends. CPR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving
- Clean motor vehicle report
- Current automobile insurance at statutory limits
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification preferred
