Pool Attendant

Maintain the appearance of the pool area to hotel standards by sweeping debris, cleaning brass and metal rails, and placing towels and chairs in desired locations. Monitor all activity on the pool deck to enforce rules regarding diving board safety, running, and horseplay while ensuring guests follow regulations. Assist guests at the pool counter following check-in, distribute towels, and facilitate lotion sales. Stock and replenish retail items and the pool registration counter with supplies such as folded towels, receipts, and log sheets. Collect used items, dispose of trash and towels properly, and take all chairs to stack and cover them with a tarp at the end of the day. Change the pool status sign daily and notify the manager immediately of any problems requiring extra attention, including guest injuries or conflicts.
