Pool Attendant - Apartments at North Park

Pool Attendant responsibilities include testing and balancing pool chemicals, cleaning the pool area and bathrooms, maintaining pool equipment, monitoring resident entry/exit to manage capacity, enforcing posted pool rules, keeping safety and first-aid supplies stocked, tidying the pool deck and nearby areas, and reporting any maintenance issues to supervision. The role supports managing common areas, assisting with clubhouse cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a work permit or eligible to work, able to endure seasonal temperatures, flexible to respond to community needs during non-business hours, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and possess basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
