Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly
• •Ability to regularly reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and taste and smell
• •Ability to regularly stand and walk
• •Ability to work in close quarters or small rooms
• •Ability to be frequently exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions
• •Ability to work in noisy and loud environment
• •Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs dictate
• •Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment
• •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• •Ability to write simple correspondence
• •Ability to effectively present information in English, in oneon-one and small group situations to guests and other employees of the organization
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• •Ability to listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner

• •Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
