Job Summary
Welcome guests to the pool deck, hand out fresh folded towels, and escort guests to their reserved cabanas using the Open Table application. Maintain towel huts, entrances, and cabana amenities by ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Assist with food running and clean the deck of dirty dishes when needed. Retrieve towels for guests across all pool deck areas and inquire about their day to ensure satisfaction. Exhibit courteous hospitality, maintain proper hygiene and uniform standards, and stay knowledgeable of hotel and casino outlet hours. This temporary role requires minimal supervision and effective guest interaction skills.
