Job Summary
Validate all electrical components for full functionality, including lighting, breakers, battery systems, and helm controls. Program engines to confirm proper communication with onboard systems and perform leak tests on plumbing, steering, and hydraulic assemblies. Document defects, communicate findings clearly, and partner with assembly, engineering, and quality teams to drive permanent corrective actions. Ensure every boat enters final fit-and-finish inspection with solid, reliable systems. This technical quality role focuses on catching functional issues early and eliminating root causes.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check, drug test and physical
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area
- Must follow company safety guidelines
- Must be fluent in the English language
