Job Summary
Clear and set tables for new guests, remove trash and debris from dining areas, and maintain restroom, patio, and parking cleanliness. Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware while ensuring high chairs remain sanitary. Follow all safety and sanitation policies during shift changes, opening, and closing duties. Perform assigned sidework in a damp, high-temperature environment involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs.
Required Qualifications
- Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in damp, high temperature environment, indoors and minimally outdoors
- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Ability to speak, read and write English
