Pomona Housing - Supervisor I, Housing

Oversee day-to-day operations of Prototypes Pomona Recovery Bridge Housing, supervising direct service staff, providing leadership, training, and coaching, and ensuring safe, efficient, compliant program delivery. Manage facility matters, address crises, coordinate with property management, and implement systems to track client services and compliance across contracts with LAHSA, DHS, and Pomona Housing Authority. Represent the organization externally at meetings and coalitions, collaborate on countywide efforts, and facilitate client case conferences while providing direct crisis intervention, assessments, and treatment planning as needed. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, licensing standards, and strategic vision goals through regular staff check-ins, performance evaluations, and data reporting.
