Job Summary
Provide technical support to internal users and teams, ensuring efficient operation of computer and communication systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues while installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and peripheral devices. Document incidents and solutions, then collaborate with the IT team on internal projects and assist in implementing new tools and systems.
