Job Summary
Execute urgent troubleshooting and repairs across the Geel site to ensure continuous pharmaceutical production, covering mechanical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Prepare for safe work by obtaining permits and executing LOTO procedures, while managing component revisions and ordering spare parts. Perform calibrations during new equipment installations and collaborate with other technical services to optimize preventive maintenance. Analyze technical applications, adjust PID and electrical schematics as needed, and report quality deviations for timely resolution. Adhere strictly to GMP and compliance records to prevent errors, while guiding external staff on site. Operate in a continuous shift system within a multidisciplinary team focused on safety, quality, and innovation in Johnson & Johnson's largest chemical location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor diploma in a technical study direction or equivalent through experience
- Multidisciplinary technical profile with expertise in instrumentation and control technology, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with process automation systems
- Strong quality and safety awareness
- Analytical and systematic thinking ability
- Structured and orderly

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of DeltaV and PCS7 control systems
- Knowledge of GMP and safety requirements (ATEX, LOTO principle, ...)
- Experience with current software packages and ERP systems such as SAP (e-stream)
