Job Summary
Perform polysomnographic testing, including preparing and calibrating equipment, applying electrodes, and monitoring patient data. Oversee and perform challenging procedures and therapeutic interventions, score sleep/wake stages, and document clinical events. Candidates must possess critical thinking skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role demands the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography.
- Current Certification by the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) as a Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
