Job Summary
Independently perform all aspects of diagnostic testing and record scoring to ensure high-quality services. Assist less experienced technologists with tasks as requested by the Polysomnography Coordinator, Director of Neurology Services, or Medical Director. Requires 1-3 years of experience in Polysomnography, EEG, or Respiratory Therapy, along with BRPT registration. Some college coursework in basic sleep medicine is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in Polysomnography, EEG, or Respiratory Therapy
- Other health related experience
- Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)
Desired Qualifications
- Some college coursework in basic science of sleep medicine
