Job Summary
Develop material application processes for polymer AIT in automotive and semiconductor products, ensuring industrialization-friendly designs; manage risk of polymer AIT applications; innovate new polymer AITs for next-generation automotive products; collaborate with design, plant, and purchasing teams across CN, DE, HU, PO to drive cross-functional development and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Education Background: material engineering or mechanical engineering with a master’s degree or higher
- Professional Skills: Familiar with chemical-related field, especially application in automotive & consumer electronics field
- Solid understanding of material performance and processability for automotive products; machine relevant experience is a plus
- Problem solving methodology & Cause-effect-relationship (CER) analysis ability
- Familiar with automotive & industry standards (e.g. IPC, ISO)
- Digitalization competence e.g. Python, Power BI & AI is a plus
- Soft Skills: Team player in cross-functional local & global team; Presentation w/ storytelling
- Language: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Personality: Self-driven; Customer orientation; Strong ownership; Collaboration & Team work
