Job Summary

Operate extrusion and associated production machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality plastic products meeting customer specifications. Assist with machine set-ups, product changeovers, and material preparation while monitoring quality throughout the manufacturing process. Follow all health and safety procedures, wear correct PPE, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Complete production documentation accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, and processes. Collaborate with the Technical Team for product trials and troubleshooting, developing technical skills over 22 months including 6 hours weekly off-the-job training. Requires a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and age 18+.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 or over
  • Not be in full-time education
  • Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence
  • No facial piercings or hand jewellery (must be removed while working on site)
