Job Summary
Oversee polyhouse set-up activities executed by contractors across India, ensuring adherence to design specifications, structural safety, and quality standards. Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and manage material usage while liaising with vendors and internal teams to resolve on-site issues. Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and escalate critical concerns to management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requires extensive travel and 2-3 years of supervision experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in polyhouse, greenhouse, or related infrastructure project supervision
- Strong knowledge of polyhouse structures, materials, and installation processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
- Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and managing on-site teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as per project requirements
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Civil, Mechanical, or related fields
